Internal users could only see the items they created, controlled via the list settings. Internal users could also register their interest by creating a new item in the list (via newform.aspx). The data from the MS Form was copied to a SharePoint list called ‘ Client Registration‘.Internal participants could register their interest directly in the internal SharePoint list. This was named the ‘ Registration of interest‘.
